Bardo Gewog has seven main villages viz. Bardo, Khomshar, Zilangbi, Langdurbi, Digala, Phulabi and Kalamti with 279 households. Bardo Gewog lies in the eastern part of the Dzongkhag and some part in central covering an area of 210 sq. km.
The highest inhabited part of Bardo rises upto 1770m and the lowest settled village in the Gewog is at 1050m.Education in the Gewog is provided by four Community Schools while health services are provided by a BHU I and BHU II.
One AEC and a RNR Center provide extension services. About 67.67% of the Gewog population has access to potable drinking water supply.
