Non-Formal Education
(NFE) Programme is an opportunity to learn for the people who missed the formal Schooling.
In Zhemgang Dzongkhag there are 13 NFE Centres. So far this year (2005), a total of 252
people were enrolled in this Programme including 90 males and 162 females.
